Share and Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari at the meeting of the first session of the Arab Cooperation Forum - Russian at the level of foreign ministers in Moscow, on Wednesday.
The Foreign Ministry statement received Agency (news) copy of it: that the meeting chaired by Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation host country attended the meeting by Mr. Hoshyar Zebari, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq Prime current Arab summit and Adnan Mansour, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lebanon, who heads his country's Arab Ministerial Council Nasser decorated Kuwaiti Ambassador in the Russian Federation that the Kuwait held the previous presidency of the Council of Ministers and Mohamed Kamel Amr and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Egypt, which will be the next President of the Ministerial Council and the Secretary-General Nabil Elaraby of the League of Arab States.
The statement added: that the Arab ministerial delegation held meetings with Russia's foreign minister headed by the Secretary-General of the Arab League Nabil Elaraby on regional and international issues and bilateral cooperation.
The Arab Ministers and the General Secretariat of the League, according to the statement: a unified Arab position of the central issues such as the Palestinian issue and the Syrian crisis and the issue of turning the Middle East into a zone free of nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction>
The statement noted: They discussed a plan of action to implement the principles and objectives of the Arab Cooperation Forum - Russian in the political sphere and the economic and cultural, social and educational, scientific and media for the period from 2013 to 2015.
