A senior political source revealed the existence of talks may be the last chance before the collapse of what remains of the relationship between the Kurdistan Alliance and a coalition of state law.

Said the source, who declined to be identified, said the leaders of the Kurdistan Alliance told "state of law" that they will not be able to pay the remaining dues that discharged from the export of oil and they are not able to pay dues of oil companies operating in the region and the government accept these facts. The source pointed out that "the Kurds have warned the government of playing because it is not the welfare of any party and the entire political process and that the current stage makes it imperative for the parties to follow a more friendly approach and this will not come about through political struggle." The source pointed out that the "rule of law" could resort to Kurdistan Althadden in this stage and pass the demands of the coalition by adding supplements to the budget to acknowledge through Kurdistan and the National Alliance for the region's commitment to certain things.

And d. Ibrahim al-Jaafari, leader of the National Alliance, opening the door again for the return of Kurdish political negotiations broken after the passage of the budget without consensus, calling to find a formula to reconcile the principles of democratic consensus and action based on the majority opinion.

As stressed Jaafari not to find strategic relationship with the Kurdistan Alliance, due to legislation or a single law, stressed that the latter refused a compromise reached by the two parties to resolve the crisis of oil companies, but the Kurdish leader Muhsin al-Sadoun said "shake" the relationship with National over a year ago, and adoption of the budget for the first time in 7 years without consensus depth of the crisis, based National reject a proposal to resolve the crisis, but he returned and accused the state law to reject a new proposal initiated by the Kurdistan Alliance in this regard.
