A member of the Authority Abbas al-Bayati said that "budget crisis between Baghdad and Erbil began calm in preparation for holding a dialogue would discuss all the problems, whether old or new," he said, adding that "the National Alliance welcomes dialogue invitations issued by the Kurdistan region recently."

Al-Bayati said, "We are for dialogue under the Constitution, which is the only way to resolve Alkhlavt between Baghdad and Erbil and political problems other," pointing out that "calls for dialogue to demonstrate that all political parties Mthompskma political process of constitutional and want to get out of the crisis and has the will to dialogue." Bayati said that "the federal government is committed to pay all dues of the oil companies operating in the Kurdistan region, but after verification of the BSA."

The head of the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani, had announced yesterday "that the province has the desire to dialogue with the federal government to overcome the differences."

Noteworthy that the federal budget recently approved caused disagreements between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government on the back of not granting the province $ 4.2 billion in receivables to the oil companies.
