The initiative of Al-Fayha'a and the (CSOs) for broadcasting the expected National Congress live.

Since the launching of the Constitutional Process, which was, mistakenly, named the Political Process, and the Political Blocs are still the biggest player; while the People believe that the true player, which is the House (ie the Legislative Authority), has been absented; that is in addition to the great influence, exercised on the Administrative Authority (the Iraqi Government), because it was formed as per a political deal named the Arbil Agreement.

We, the under-signed, Al-Fayha'a Satellite Channel in cooperation with the Civil Societies Organizations, the media establishments, the corporations, the leagues, the unions and the independent personages; and as guaranteed by the Constitution of the Iraqi People, call upon the Three Presidencies to agree on having the details of the expected National Congress be broadcasted life via the medias, without any omission or sound or vision modification.

If the Presidencies or the Political Blocs refuse our call, this, we will call for a public stay-in strike in Baghdad and all Iraqi Governorates on the same day of holding the expected National Congress.

We will, also, call upon the medias to boycott the Congress and not to publish or broadcast its details or the statements of the political blocs' spokesmen or their representatives, due to the difficulty in insuring the authenticity of the information that will be published or broadcasted latter, by them; like what happened with the Arbil Conference, when the Iraqi People did not get acquainted with the true details of it

According to what is stipulated in the Constitution, the Three Presidencies and the Political Blocs bear the full responsibility of replying to this declaration within (72) hours from the date of publishing it in the Iraqi medias.

We hope that the reply be positive in agreeing to the life broadcasting of the details of the expected National Congress; as it is a public and a Constitutional demand.
