MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Qassim Mohammed said the government of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki is committed to the agreements concluded with the Kurdistan region, including Article 140, which was scheduled to be applied since 2007 and did not apply to now.

Media and the transfer of his office in a statement today saying that the Kurdistan Regional Government and sent a message to the federal government included several demands, including emphasis on the principles of Balance in government departments and government institutions and the existence of a serious partnership.

He added that the cause of the political crisis between the two governments is to pass the budget law in parliament in the absence of the Kurdistan Alliance.
