Baghdad (news) .. The statement said: The council voted to allocate billion dinars from the budget of the House of Representatives to compensate those affected by the floods in addition to the formation of a fact-finding committee comprising the Committees on Agriculture, water, health, environment and finance.

The statement continued: that after the Council voted on a draft law amending the Social Welfare Act No. 126 of 1980, as submitted by the Committee on Labour and Social Affairs in order to cover adults who are over the age of eighteen and continuing the study until the completion of their undergraduate study care in the role of the state and securing social and health care and educational material for children and young juveniles and adults covered by this law, especially the women's category.

The statement said: that the council completed the vote on the draft law on accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on the Arab Organization for information and communication technology for the Foreign Relations Committee, services and reconstruction of the desire of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to انظمام to the Convention on the basis of the need to establish Arab cooperation effectively and continuously between the parties concerned in this area.
