Our belief in the need to create climates and appropriate atmosphere for peaceful coexistence and strengthen the bonds of national unity and strengthen the social fabric and build bridges of friendship and brotherhood of Islamic and national between all the components of the Iraqi people and to devote the mutual trust between the political forces and national levels in order to achieve common goals emphasize the following principles and pledge to abide by and reflected: -
