Iyad al-Samarrai: Iraq lacks the economic plan and lacks the financial and monetary policy

Said the Secretary-General of the Iraqi Islamic Party, Ayad al-Samarrai, that one of the factors of underdevelopment in which we live is the corruption that finds money in bulk employee employed in can not or does not want development shall be corruption and theft of public money.
