Husseini said that this law will be implemented over the next year after it is completed all the requirements for the success of the new system as a electronic system and needs time and customizations. 

He pointed out that his committee did not agree at the outset to delay the application of this law, but it can not impose its opinion, on the grounds that the law taking space of time and claims were approved, but the government is voted on postponed and wrote to the House proposal to postpone this law to a certain period , leaving the validity of determining the period to the Council of Ministers.


Moreover, the description of a member of the Salman al-Moussawi tariff law as "sovereign," he said, adding that his committee demanded more than once enabled this. said al-Moussawi said "There is no country in the world are not running the Law on Tariffs Being regulating the entry and exit of goods within the country and protects the local product and prevents dumping policy.

He noted Moussaoui that his committee proposed to put the amounts levied fees in a special fund to support the local product, rather than placed in the state treasury in order to take action to prevent price increases in relation to certain products, stressing the insistence of the Committee to activate this law due to suspension of a lot of industries.



The Committee member Abdul-Abbas Hammoud al-Saadi has stressed the importance of completing the procedures and instructions on the law of tariffs and the formation of committees established by and then apply it. and said Saadi that the application of this law correctly and sound will reflect positively on the country's economy and provides jobs and drives and activates the private sector.
