Baghdad (news) .. The member of the Finance Committee MP / National Alliance / AMEER Mayahi, the Central Bank of the need to encourage local banks two branches of public and private open letters of credit to contribute to the promotion of financial stability of the dinar exchange rate against foreign currencies.
