Minister of Justice: the State Council completed a draft Social Insurance Law

Baghdad (news) .. Justice Minister Hassan al-Shammari, said the State Council completed a draft Social Insurance Law, which will replace the Unified Retirement Law.

The minister said in a statement received by the Agency (news) copy of it: that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers sent the end of 2011, a draft Social Insurance Law, which will replace the pension law Unified been done and sent to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, more than five months.

It is said that the local media picked up information to the effect that the new pension law is still stalled in the State Consultative Council of the Ministry of Justice, which required note to inform the citizens and the media in this regard.
