MP for the Kurdistan Islamic Union Bakr flesh friend, that al-Maliki will not get a third term because of the rise of Islamic movements his competition.

He said that the current phase is witnessing a positive relationship between the federal government and the provincial government, and the coming period will witness resolving outstanding disputes between the parties.
