Jabbar Yawar's (IMN): our meeting with the Ministry of Defence was positive

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN ) - The Secretary General of the Ministry of Peshmerga in Kurdistan region of Iraq, on Sunday, that the meeting, which was held in Baghdad as part of the High Joint Committee was positive, indicating that the two sides agreed to hold another meeting after the holiday in Arbil.

The Secretary General of the Peshmerga team Jabbar Yawar's (IMN ) That "the Joint Higher Committee yesterday held its first meeting in Baghdad to discuss the previous plans applied for joint action and the principles of joint action," noting that "there are new mechanisms and principles for joint action being agreed upon."

He said Yawar "We set our meeting last in Arbil after the holiday for the purpose of reaching a working mechanism joint security in the disputed areas in Diyala, Salahuddin, Kirkuk and Nineveh," pointing out that "the atmosphere of the meeting was positive and there was harmony between the two sides."

He continued that "the Peshmerga forces worked with Iraqi army format since 2010 but got cases of spasticity due to some political differences."

The delegation of the Ministry of Peshmerga, which includes the team Shirvan Abdul Rahman and the team Jabbar Yawar, arrived in Baghdad yesterday morning, to attend the last meeting of the Supreme Labor Committee between the Ministry of Old Peshmarga and the central Ministry of Defense.
