Cabinet approves economic reform project and modify the regulation

Approved the Council of Ministers during its thirty-fifth regular in Baghdad, on Tuesday, a number of laws and important projects.

According to a statement moved the Information Office of the Prime Minister that "the Council of Ministers approved the draft law on economic reform, the federal auditor by the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution."

And added that "the Council agreed on a draft law amending the organization of the judiciary No. (160) for the year 1979, the auditor by the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution, taking into account the opinion of the legal department at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.

Cabinet approves draft law on the federal economic reform.

Baghdad - The Council of Ministers approved in its 35th meeting headed Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki today the draft Law of the Federal Economic Reform.

According to a statement today, the Council of Ministers also approved the draft law to amend the regulation and legislation Law , noting that the two draft law has been referred to the Parliament.

The Council of Ministers held its thirty-fifth regular in Baghdad on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki issued by the Board the following decisions:

1 - Approval of the draft federal economic reform law, the auditor by the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / First and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution.

2 - Approval of the draft law amending the Law of Judicial Organization No. (160) for the year 1979, the auditor by the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution, taking into consideration the opinion of Legal Department of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.

3 - Considering the (first) of the month of Safar (Hijri lunar) of each year, the Islamic Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.

4 - approve مايأتي:
- Do Ministry of Finance بتسليف the Shiite Endowment / General Secretariat of the upper threshold of the Holy amount of (100,000,000,000) one hundred billion dinars, for the purpose of fulfilling the threshold mentioned obligations with regard to the draft استملاكات the Holy upper threshold.

- Deducting the amount of the advance of the aforementioned amounts to be allocated to the threshold when you achieve an increase in revenues from exports of crude oil exported during the first six months of this year, according to the provisions of Article (16 / item II / para s) of the Law of the federal budget for the financial year / 2013.

5 - the disposal of an advance of $ 21 billion dinars in 2013 to the province of Maysan, the petro-dollar installment amount over three years.
