Ashur International Bank (BASH)
Spbde underwriting the shares offered amounting to 45 billion shares as of Sunday, September 1, 2013 in Mosul Bank for Development and Alastthmarvera Baghdad and in implementation of the decision of the general meeting held on July 6, 2013 to increase the company's capital from 150 billion dinars to 210 billion dinars, according to Article (55 / I) (30%) and Article (55 / II) (10%) of the Companies Act.
