A member of the Finance Committee: Legislation Law protects bank deposits contributes to the support of the banking sector

Baghdad (news) ... Confirmed a member of the Finance Committee MP / Kurdistan Alliance / Najeeb Najib, the need for legislation law that protects bank deposits for the advancement of economic reality.

Najib said (of the Agency news): that any law contributes to the support of the banking sector should do, especially since this sector is suffering a lot of problems which need to be legislation and take measures to promote it.

She added: the government's interest in legislation such laws reflects the extent of the growth of the economy in front of other nations, and develop trust between the citizen and the banks.

She pointed out: that the most important element depends upon the banking sector is credit and confidence to deposit money in banks, which in turn contributes to raising capital for these banks.

It consists of the banking system in Iraq from forty-three banks as well as the Central Bank and distributed by ownership between (7) state banks and (30) Bank of my family, including (7) Islamic banks in addition to (6) of foreign banks. / End / 5.'s. M /
