Foreign Economic Relations Department organizes special courses in the field of Iraq's accession to the World Trade Organization

Economic Relations Department established the Ministry of Commerce, in coordination with the Brazilian Embassy in Baghdad, a training course on the Brazilian experience in the multilateral trading system and join the World Trade Organization (WTO) at the headquarters of the Brazilian Ministry of Commerce in Brazil.
Said Hashim Mohammed Hatem Director General of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations at the Ministry of Commerce said this session attended by members of the National Commission on the accession of Iraq to the WTO, chaired by the Minister of Trade, Dr. Khairallah Hassan Babiker, which came at the time of the election of a new president of the World Trade Organization, succeeding French Pascal Lamy.
He explained that during the session reviewing all the challenges faced by Brazil in the process of its accession to the World Trade Organization and cons and pros achieved to join and benefit of PARA experts who engaged in ongoing negotiations with the member states of the Organization.
This met with Director General of the Department of economic relations on the sidelines of the session with officials in the Brazilian Ministry of Commerce was discussed stages made by Iraq in the process of joining the World Trade Organization and confirm Iraq move forward to achieve full membership.
In a related development Schhedmdana Arbil the second Altdrebh session of the Iraqi negotiating team and emanating from the National Commission on Iraq's accession to the World Trade Organization.
He said Hashim said his department oversaw the establishment of the session and in collaboration with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization UNIDO and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development UNIDO will be during this session strengthen the negotiating capacity of the participants, who represent the majority of the Iraqi ministries and the level of Goods Services has developed a circuit integrated program regard to building the capacity of Iraqi negotiator who سيفاوض with the member states of the World Trade Organization (WTO) within Iraq's efforts to obtain full membership in the organization.
This, it is hoped that the economists and specialists in international trade multilateral lectures and review of the most important private art methods to negotiate.
