Baghdad (news) .. He noted a member of the Oil and Energy Committee MP / coalition of Kurdish blocs / Bayezid good, to the existence of four important laws when the legislation before the House of Representatives will be able to finish all the oil on the differences between the local governments of the provinces and the province and the federal government.
He said Hassan (of the Agency news): The laws of the four include 'oil and gas and the establishment of the National Oil Company and the distribution of revenues and federal law restructuring the Federal Ministry of Oil', where it is still disabled within the House of Representatives, when legislation will be able to end all disputes and regulate the work of the oil industry in country.
He continued: Being powers will be distributed among local governments for the oil-producing provinces of Kurdistan and the federal government regarding the extraction and exploration of oil, especially since those laws, one of them linked to the other legislation فلايمكن the one without activating other laws.
He pointed out: that the national oil company linked to its law of oil and gas as well as the Federal Council of the oil and gas can not be formed without the approval of the oil law, pointing out that the national company had a prominent role and the great support of the oil sector in the country since it was formed in 1963, but has been resolved in the year 1987 by the former regime under the pretext of reducing its government departments.
It is noted that the political differences in the Iraqi arena between the parliamentary blocs have prevented the adoption of important laws that have a significant role in the promotion of the economic reality of the country. / End / 8.'s. M /
