Economic Analyst: Consumer Protection Act protects citizens from fraud and manipulation of materials

Baghdad (news) .. Said economic analyst Hazim al-Nuaimi, the need for approval of the Consumer Protection Act, to maintain the quality and validity of the goods entering and high prices.

Naimi said (of the Agency news): This law works to protect citizens from rising prices and fraud and manipulation, especially in the expired food, corrupt and unfit for consumption.

He added: Consumer Protection Act needs to be controlled and interactive fact shared by citizen watchdogs and civil society organizations to ensure its success, stressing that the media have an important role to educate citizens using the goods.
