Expert: high rate of inflation leads to weak purchasing power of the Iraqi dinar

Baghdad (news) .. The financial affairs expert Majid picture, that in the event weakened the purchasing power of the Iraqi dinar means that the presence of inflation offset by the rise in prices, which greatly affects the economic stability of the Iraqi dinar.
He said the picture (of the Agency news): The economic stability of exchange rate stability means home and abroad, adding that any weakness in the process of the Iraqi dinar weakened economy, affecting all existing economic processes and calculations.
And: that the decline in the purchasing power of the dinar will raise the value of the dollar as a result of increased demand and declining confidence in Iraqi dinars, which مايؤدي to economic instability.
He continued: that this matter will force the central bank to meet the demand for the dollar by offering the largest amount of the dollar in the auction, and the impact on the Bank's reserves of hard currency.
And witnessed the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar declined severely over the past few months, generating a great upheaval in the domestic market but soon settled its price to the current time.
