The Office of the Information and Communication government , citing the Department of Cabinet Affairs, said the resolution select the date 01.07.2014 beginning to receive provincial missions distribution of the ration card items to the citizens , and the establishment of the Ministry of Commerce rented warehouses of them to the provinces in accordance with the regulations and instructions and the law of sale and lease state funds in force, and maintain a centralized monitoring by the Ministry of Commerce ,
And between the office he was placed on work with the standard specifications for food approved by the Ministry of Commerce , in addition to exchange advance to the provinces for the purpose of purchasing materials covering the need for every three months that are disbursed from the date of 01.04.2014 .
