Formed the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of a committee to study and identify a mechanism to deal with projects funded by foreign loans .
According to the Department of Affairs Committees of the Office of Information and Communication government said the decision was based on the decision of the Committee on Economic Affairs in the Council of Ministers , stressing that the committee will be headed by the Director General of the Department of public debt in the Ministry of Finance and the membership of representatives from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and the advisers , in addition to the directors of the Departments Accounting the budget of the Ministry of Finance and Director of the investment Department at the Ministry of planning and Director-General of the BSA .
