Announced by the Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development organization for the Afro-Arab Economic Forum here on 11 and 12 November under the title (beyond the promises .. looking forward to an effective Arab-African partnership).
The IMF said in a press statement today that the forum is organized in cooperation with the Arab League and the African Union Commission with the participation of the leaders of the public sector organizations, Arab and African countries as well as regional and international organizations and institutions specialized Arab and African countries in addition to the post Arab intellectuals and representatives of the private sector and civil society in the Arab world and Africa.
The statement added that the organization of the Kuwaiti Fund for this event comes to discuss the partnership Arab-African joint and topics related to economic development in both regions and to identify areas of cooperation will also provide a forum practical recommendations for the Arab summit African policies and means of encouraging joint investments and raise the level of Arab Trade for consideration before the summit.
He also quoted "KUNA" The objective of the forum to highlight the reality of the Afro-Arab cooperation in the field of development, building on the experiences of institutions, Arab and African countries to contribute to the development processes, especially in the areas of infrastructure, transport and energy in addition to identifying areas of cooperation in agriculture and food security, Arab-African.
He pointed out that the forum will address in its meetings to the advantages and shortcomings and challenges for future investments Arab-African joint and search for sectors available for public investment and private investment and provide an opportunity for experts and interested parties to exchange ideas about the causes of poor trade exchanges between Arab and African countries and determine the best ways and means to promote trade between them.
The statement said that the Arab-African Summit to be held for the first time in Kuwait during the period from 19 to 21 November, gaining international and regional importance of being big will witness the participation of a large number of leaders and heads of Arab and African countries and princely sponsored the sublime.
