Academic stressed economic Majid Baidhani the importance of securing legal and technical requirements for the development of the banking payments system to serve the project of the National divider .
He told the (morning) that improve the payments system first starts spreading awareness and banking culture among citizens in the smart card use in banking transactions as they represent one of the pillars upon which the project.
Calling for the development and expansion of banking services provided by banks under Article 27 of the Banking Act No. 94 of 2004 , in addition to opening new branches for private banks in order to contribute to increasing the density of banking.
