Announced that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers on Thursday, an official holiday for all state departments.

A statement from the secretariat of the Agency has received all of Iraq [where] a copy of it today that "the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced on Thursday, 11/14/2013, an official holiday in all state institutions on the occasion of tenth of Muharram."
