Finance parliamentary: the completion of the proposed law for the formation of an independent body to manage the banks

[ltr] BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - completed the parliamentary Finance Committee proposed law for the formation of the body overseeing the private and public banks in the country.

[ltr]A member of the Committee Amin Hadi, (IMN), "The Finance Committee sent the proposed law on the formation of an independent body ensures tasks determine the monetary policy of the government and private banks, and how to deal with global banks."[/ltr]
[ltr]He added that "the Ministry of Finance is responsible for continuing to follow the traditional methods of banks handling the matter to the cause by making banking environment in Iraq repulsive environment for foreign investors."[/ltr]
[ltr]The parliamentary Finance Committee recommended that, in the earlier development of a roadmap, to increase coordination and cooperation between government banks and private banks for the development of the payments system in banking transactions.[/ltr]
