Baghdad - Announced the decision of the House of Representatives Muhammad Al-Khalidi, Wednesday, canceling the parliamentary session scheduled for next Sunday and get into holiday legislature for a period of one month, indicating that the Council will hold a session "exceptional" during the recess to read the draft budget for next year, a preliminary reading in the event of arrival of the government to be second reading after the holiday.

Khalidi said in an interview with the (Presse term), the board of the Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided to cancel the meeting, which was scheduled on Sunday and to engage in legislative holiday starting from next Sunday, November 15, 2013, for a period of one month. "

Khalidi added, "in the event of the arrival of the 2014 budget from the government to the parliament, the Council will hold a special session during the recess to read the budget first reading only while the second reading will be read after the recess next month."

The Presidency of the Council of Representatives confirmed, on Tuesday, selecting "the fifteenth of this month the deadline" to take over the budget bill for fiscal 2014, and called on the government to "send the bill before that date," asserting that the parliament "will enjoy Bagazath legislative otherwise."

The Presidency of the Council of Representatives announced, in (November 8, 2013), to postpone the planned its next meeting, on Wednesday, to 17 of the current month of November.

The Iraqi Ministry of Finance announced that, in (19 October 2013), the complete budget for Iraq in 2014, as indicated that the budget of 174 trillion dinars and a deficit of up to 27 trillion, confirmed the formation of a committee within the Council of Ministers to override the observations recorded on them, as expressed hope for passage of the Parliament of the budget before the end of this year to implement the project "as soon as possible."

The parliamentary Finance Committee announced (30 September 2013), that the next budget year 2014 amounting to 174.6 trillion dinars, indicating that the bulk of which was allocated to the energy sector and security.

The Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation, recently announced include 132 thousand degrees and careers within the next budget in 2014, indicating that the energy and security sectors were the main focus of the next budget, which was sent to the Council of Ministers.

The budget for 2013 was approved by Parliament amounted to 138 trillion Iraqi dinars, on the basis of calculating the price of a barrel of oil at $ 90, the amount of export of two million and 900 thousand barrels per day.
