"



"The construction of the budget on the things that will hurt the fictional country and there will be a balanced budget, so we asked to make some adjustments, and perhaps now the budget is being prepared on this basis."

He said the "budget need to be wide discussions because most MPs would show their views and this takes a long time, and it was supposed to be up to parliament in early October," explaining that "the Constitution provides that in the event it reaches the House of Representatives, the legislative recess be canceled" .
