The Minister of Planning / The acting Minister of Finance, looked with the Jordanian Ambassador stages of completion of the oil pipeline and the common agenda of the Iraqi - Jordanian joint

The Minister of Planning / The acting Minister of Finance, Prof. Ali Yusuf Shukri, searched with the Jordanian ambassador in Baghdad, Mr. Mohammed Al-Garaan, a number of common issues between the two countries, including the stages of completion of the joint oil pipeline and the need for its completion because of its importance in strengthening economic relations between two countries.

The Minister stressed that this meeting comes within the continuous series of meetings at the ministerial and diplomatic between the two countries. He pointed out that our relations with the brothers Jordanians are not the result of today but we always talk to our brothers in Jordan on the development of economic relations between the two countries.

Indicating that, the next two days would witness the arrival of the Jordanian delegation, which includes four brother owners of ministers within the framework of the Iraqi - Jordanian joint.

 So, the Ambassador visit comes of coordination on the agenda of the Committee.

In addition to that we are deliberating with him on more than one issue in the economic side.

The Jordanian Ambassador, Mr. Mohammed Al-Goraan, said the Jordanian-Iraqi relationship is very old relationship based on the principle of good-neighborly neighbor Iraq is dear to Jordan as Jordan is a dear neighbor to Iraq.

 Our relations are rooted and are always going for the better.

 He pointed out that the next two days will witness the start of the Iraqi - Jordanian Joint headed by the Minister of Industry and Trade of Jordan and the membership of ministers of transport, energy and agriculture.

 The meetings will address several files will also sign a number of agreements and follow in the near future advent of Jordanian businessmen industrialists to Baghdad.
