Tomorrow's Press / Baghdad: A member of the parliamentary Finance Committee and MP for the coalition of state law, Monday, Haitham al-Jubouri, the only option for the House of Representatives to approve the 2014 budget is to resort to a vote by the majority because of the failure to reach an agreement between the center and the region to resolve their differences.
