***** International Parliament: the arrest of al-Alwani, a legal par excellence

[ltr]Twilight News / counting Parliament International Peace and Security Council of the United Nations, on Monday, the arrest of MP Ahmed al-Alwani, legally a "privilege".
The foreign minister said the parliament Haitham Abu Said in a statement reported for "Twilight News" The arrest of Iraqi MP Ahmed al-Alwani by the security authorities and political work in Iraq is legal to "privilege."
He added, that "the Attorney-Alwani has remarkable crime, where he opened fire on the raiding force for a home of his brother Ali Suleiman al-Alwani, in addition to the ground forces commander Lt. Gen. Ali Ghaidan had confirmed the existence of a warrant to arrest a brother MP Alwani.
He said Abu Saeed According to the statement, that Article 63, paragraph (b) of the constitution, which is not applied and the first paragraph of the said article.
He continued, that the Iraqi authorities to do their job to the fullest justice and punish the actor to suit the Iraqi constitution.
The statement pointed out that Abu Saeed had asked the government and the Iraqi parliament and religious leaders during his official visits to Iraq to put an end to statements made by the Attorney-Alwani, which aims to sectarian strife between the two communities and Shia in Iraq and feared that the process be carried out by the Attorney-Alwani pour into this framework through provoked of the security forces and not Anasiall judicial orders carried out by the team Ghaidan.
Abu Saeed, warned of the exploitation of this process in order to achieve political objectives, etc. which may lead to more internal strife.
The Iraqi security forces arrested MP Ahmed al-Alwani, a Sunni member of the Iraqi List dawn on Saturday after a raid on his home in Ramadi in Anbar province.
