General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers directed the Ministry to study the request of the provincial districts to convert them to the provinces

And directed the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of State for Provincial Affairs to study the reality of the districts that applied converted into provinces , which qualifies population and geographical conditions to be new provinces .

The Directive on the basis of the Cabinet decision that the text also submit the study to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers for submission to the Council of Ministers at its next one .

The Cabinet also decided to approve the draft law development of the province of Halabja in Iraq and referred to the House of Representatives , according to the provisions of Articles 61 / item first, and 80 / item II of the Constitution after the receipt of the administrative border of the province in question.
