***** Formation of a committee to monitor the exploitation of non-governmental organizations in the process of money laundering and financing of terrorism

Confirmed the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to form a committee to monitor the work of non-governmental organizations to prevent exploitation in the process of money laundering and terrorist financing .
According to the Public Service Commissions of the Office of Information and Communication government was formed a committee to monitor the functions of the exploitation of non-governmental organizations in the process of money laundering and terrorist financing in addition to the audit activity microfinance organizations through the development of a joint mechanism to ensure the transparency of its activities .
The department added that the committee , chaired by a representative of the NGO in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the membership of representatives from the Central Bank of Iraq and the iOS and audit of the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
