[ltr]The Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation, recently announced included 132 thousand degrees and careers within the budget of the year 2014, indicating that the energy and security were the most important focus of the next budget, which was sent to the Council of Ministers.[/ltr]


[ltr]The budget of the year 2013 amounted to 138 trillion Iraqi dinars, on the basis of calculating the price of a barrel of oil at $ 90, and the amount of export of 2.0009 million barrels a day.[/ltr]
