She said the parliamentary Finance Committee, that the amendment of the Unified Retirement Law will be limited to items that specializes in the salaries and pensions of Representatives special grades and only three presidencies, asserting that lingers increase the salaries of retirees will be disbursed if the publication of the law in the Official Gazette.

Said committee member Rep. Dler able Agency / JD /: that "in the event of the return of the Unified Retirement Law to the parliament after it was not adopted by the presidency, Vtadelh will be limited to paragraphs (37) and (38) concerning the pensions of Representatives and the three presidencies and special grades ".

He added that these paragraphs will be amended and the law is not canceled by agreement of all concerned parties and blocs to determine the entitlements of the House of Representatives and officials within the pension law, stressing that the increase is guaranteed by law and the remaining salaried retirees will be spent at the publication of the law in the Official Gazette.

This has seen most of the Iraqi provinces last week, large demonstrations demanding the cancellation of privileges of the House of Representatives and the three presidencies and special grades of the Unified Retirement Law.

The Presidency announced its refusal to ratify the retirement law in response to the demands of the people until the modification or cancellation of articles (37) and (38) of the Unified Retirement Law.
