According to the parliamentary finance committee that there is no provision in the law of financial management and budget to take the reserve of the Central Bank.
A member of the Committee Faleh sari "The central bank maintained and built on the foundations and there was no provision in the law of the financial management in the budget law allows this ," noting that " some expectations that are not in place showing recourse by the government to the central bank ."
"We we suffered in 2010 when it took the government five billion dollars from the World Bank and the consensus was that the intervention in the work of the Central Bank and will affect the fiscal policy thus unlikely to go to that at the present time "
