I remember back when they did this before and that got the Iraqi Military to bring them back to parliament !
So we wait and see if this happens!

MP for the mass citizen Abdul-Hussein Abtan on the difficulty of holding a parliamentary session ahead of the upcoming elections as a result of the sharp divisions between the political blocs.
He said in a press statement on Monday that "despite the fact that the Council of Representatives will continue until 14 June next, but he unfortunately large blocs are working to block the hearings as a result of intersections occurring among them, which leads to disruption of the work of the Council and not to legislate."
He Abtan "With the approach of the propaganda campaigns of the candidates, I think it's very difficult to hold sessions of the Parliament and must wait until after the election to discuss the issue of the budget."
He expressed the hope that "the issue is resolved between the political blocs to be able to hold two or three for approving the budget, and if it does not happen, it will be postponed to the next parliamentary session."
Abtan said that "after the events taking place in Parliament has made us see that there is a political agenda on the budget and be used as leverage by the masses in a way serving their campaigns with great regret."
The MP for the Iraqi List, Auzmn Hassan al-Bayati, has announced that House Speaker Osama Najafi, decided to resume regular meetings of Parliament next Sunday, and the inclusion of the budget bill on the agenda.
The general budget of the country did not recognize until now because of disagreements between the governments of the center and in the province of Kurdistan without the agenda of the meetings of the Parliament of the budget law amid calls to speed up the approval.
