House of Representatives to end the first reading of the budget bill

House of Representatives ended the second ten minutes, which was held under the chairmanship of Speaker Osama Najafi and the presence of 164 deputies on Sunday, 16/03/2014 the first reading of the draft general budget of the Federal Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year of 2014.

The meeting started reading the Fatiha in memory of the souls of the martyrs on the occasion of the tragedy of Halabja anniversary year.



The Council ended the first reading of the draft general budget of the Federal Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2014, which aims to adopt the budget.

In another matter, Mr. President of the Council congratulated the people of the Sabean Mandaeans solutions on the occasion of the creation.

The Council completed a first reading of the draft law on the Fifth Amendment to the law of maintenance of irrigation and drainage No. (12) for the year 1995 submitted by the committees of services, construction, legal, agriculture, water and marshes, which contributes to the maintenance of irrigation and drainage networks and prevent overtaking them and maintain the water quotas in order to increase agricultural production and operation of water sources and maintenance of irrigation and drainage projects.

Then decide to adjourn the meeting until tomorrow, Monday, 3/17/2014.
