United Nations defines a way to address the problems between Baghdad and Erbil

Twilight News / organization urged the United Nations on the drafting of Iraq's oil and gas law in order to overcome the outstanding issues between Baghdad and Erbil, particularly the approval of the General Budget Law for the current year.

 The representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq Nicolas Meladanov in an exclusive interview with Al-Arabiya, pursued "Twilight News", that it is necessary to address the problems between the region and Baghdad through the drafting of oil and gas law.

He expressed his regret at not check this despite the lapse of several years.

The Iraqi budget bill for the current year has not been passed by the House so far because of differences between Baghdad and Erbil on a number of issues, particularly the issue of the export of oil from the region to Turkey without Baghdad's approval.
