Decision of Parliament: Parliamentary hearings will continue even after the end of the legislative term until the last pass the budget

{Baghdad} Euphrates News confirmed the decision the House of Representatives MP for the coalition, the Iraqi Mohammed al-Khalidi said parliamentary sessions will continue until after the end of the last legislative term on the fourteenth of this month to pass the budget, while federal financial for the current year.
The MP said Khalidi told {Euphrates News} "continue to hold parliamentary hearings on the fourteenth day of this month, and if we can not pass the budget meetings will continue."
Khalidi said that "the last legislative term of the current parliamentary session ends on the fourteenth of this month and start the legislative recess, but if we can not pass the budget, we will continue to hold parliamentary sessions."
He noted that "there is no agreement with the Kurdistan Alliance, on the budget, but the dialogues are present, and to all MPs attend parliamentary sessions and to not bother Baldaiat election because the budget task."
He concluded by saying the decision the House of Representatives "will not pass the budget because there is not a majority quorum or intention of this matter."
And raised the Presidency of the Council of Representatives parliamentary session yesterday to next Sunday due to the disruption of quorum minutes later on held, where it was found after the re-counting the deputies present that some of them do not carry electronic card, which led to a break quorum of the meeting, and thus submitted to the next Sunday.
It is said that the Kurdistan Alliance boycotting parliamentary sessions, which include a budget bill, underlining coalition united not attending the sessions except those included by law to participate in the vote, while MPs absent from the National Alliance, and specifically members of the coalition of state law for the sessions.
