BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network - The decision of the House of Representatives Muhammad Al-Khalidi that the Presidency of the Council of Representatives will meet to consider the request by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on the holding of the special meeting, indicating that the Council began to hold its regular it is possible that there will be a regular session determined by the Presidency.



He said Khalidi's (Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network) that "the request by the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki arrived in the House of Representatives last Thursday and will meet the Presidency for consideration to the request."



Khalidi explained that "the request is approved they will determine the day to hold a regular session after the placing on the agenda, anything political it meets the Presidency to decide whether or not to display."



The media adviser to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki has revealed that the latter sent a letter to the House in which he called an extraordinary session of parliament to discuss the abuses and terms of reference of the authorities and overlap each other.



Many of the officials in the legislative and executive authorities have accused each other to waive the powers granted in accordance with the Constitution.



The government says the abuse of power among the legislative powers of the executive is to form investigative committees that are supposed to be the prerogative of the executive.



According to Article 58 of the first Iraqi constitution that he is entitled to the President or Prime Minister or fifty members of the Council's invitation to a special meeting and the meeting shall be restricted to the topics that necessitated the call to him.
