Failed round of negotiations Baghdad and Kurdistan Arbil put a condition to vote on budget

Twilight News / returned the House of Representatives delegation, headed by Vice President Qusay al-Suhail, on Tuesday, coming from Baghdad to Arbil after a round of negotiations with the Kurdish side without achieving any positive results.



A political source said early for "Twilight News", said the delegation carrying proposals from the Iraqi government on the problems of the general budget, while the Kurdish side presented its proposals for the delegation to deliver them to the presidency of the Iraqi government.

The delegation was composed of the Iraqi parliament, as well as all of Suhail Chairman of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the Council Fuad Masum, Adnan al-Janabi, who represented the parties, "Sunni" in the Council.

The delegation held a meeting with the Kurdish side, which was chaired by President of the Presidium of the annexation of the region, Fouad Hussein, Minister of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Regional Government Ashti Hawrami, Minister of Planning Ali Sindi, and the Kurdish government spokesman Sven Dzia.

And on proposals for the region to resolve the existing problems with Baghdad, the source said Arbil demanded Baghdad, said the budget includes a general clause stipulating that Iraq can export three million and 400 000 barrels of oil per day, instead of the current paragraph, which states that Iraq issued the same amount that the province Kurdistan to export 400 000 barrels of oil per day and will be exposed, but its share of the budget for the deduction.

He noted that the Erbil asked not to refer to the name of the province of Kurdistan in this paragraph, stressing that Iraq exported only that amount.

He added that the Kurdish delegation also called for the lifting of punitive paragraphs in the budget in order to be against the region for the Kurds to vote on them.

The delegation left-Baghdadi Arbil morning.
