The MP said the coalition of state law, Abbas al-Bayati, said the political blocs began dialogues and understandings with each side in preparation for the first session of the House of Representatives for the third electoral cycle.

He added: "The first session of the House of Representatives will be held on the first of next July, a constitutional entitlement to the oath and the election of the President of any age the oldest member."

He stressed that "dialogue between the political blocs started winning and if reached understandings will be chosen as speaker of parliament and his two deputies and the president and two vice presidents, prime minister and his two deputies and vote on them in one basket in the first session."

He explained, "if it does not reach an understanding of the political blocs are selected and the oldest member is to adjourn the meeting until a consensus on the positions of the three presidencies."
