Detection of first deputy head of the provincial council in Salahuddin Jassim Mohammed Hassan al-Attiyah on Thursday that there are dozens of American military advisers at the base of Spyker, while stressing that the 13,000 American soldiers with military vehicles will arrive during the next few days to rule.
