He cautioned that the Council proceed with the legislation of a special law to oil and energy to be able to the executive bodies of the advancement of these sectors and to prepare a long-term strategy to solve these problems and make the most of these sectors, which are among the artery foundation in the process of urban renaissance and improve the lives of citizens. 

The MP added that previous problems between the center and the region should be resolved in accordance with the preparation of a new law for oil and gas, stressing that this law will depend on the previous versions, which were rejected by the political blocs and make some adjustments to pass during the current parliamentary session.
