Infallible issued a decree appointing the prime minister and his deputies and ministers

This decree is implemented from the date of issuance in 09.08.2014 and published in the Official Gazette

Fuad Masum, the president issued a special presidential decree appointing the Prime Minister and his deputies and ministers.

"Based on the provisions of Articles (72) and (76) of the Constitution and based on Presidential Decree No. (152) in 11.08.2014 containing the commissioning Jawad Haider Abadi, the formation of the Council of Ministers and the House of Representatives after the grant of the confidence of the Iraqi government and its performance was sworn in front of him.

Decreed as follows:

First: appoints Jawad Haider al-Abadi - Chairman of the Council of Ministers.

Second: appoints Saleh al-Mutlaq - Deputy Prime Minister.

Third: appoints Bahaa al-Araji - Deputy Prime Minister.

Fourth: appoints Rose Nuri Shaways - Deputy Prime Minister.

Fifth: appoints listed below positions the cursor towards them.

1. Ibrahim Jaafari and foreign minister.

2. Hoshyar Zibari- finance minister.

3. Adel Abdul Mehdi Hassan, as oil minister.

4. Salman Ali Hassan Aljamila- minister of planning.

5. Hussein Ibrahim Saleh Alchehrstana- and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

6. Mohammad Iqbal Omar, Minister of Education.

7. Mohammad Mehdi Albeati- minister for human rights.

8. Falah Hassan Zeidan- minister of agriculture.

9. Naseer Kazim Obaid Alisawi- minister of industry and minerals.

10. Qasim Muhammad Abdul Fahadawi- Minister of Electricity.

11. Tariq Ktifah Kikhany - Minister of Reconstruction and Housing.

12. Bayan Jabr - Minister of Transport.

13. Mohammed Xiaa Sudan - Minister of Labour and Social Affairs.

14. Adila Hussein Hammoud - Minister of Health.

16. Qutaiba Ibrahim Turki al-Jubouri - Minister of Environment.

17. Haider spokesman Zamili - Minister of Justice.

Sixth: This Decree shall be from the date of issuance in 09.08.2014 and published in the journal

Official.
