First, read verses from the Koran.
Second: swearing for ladies and gentlemen members of the House of Representatives who hold government positions and on the bench who occupied ministerial or vice-president positions.
Third: The second reading of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the international railway in the Arab Mashreq agreement and its annexes attached to the law. ( Commission services and reconstruction, the Foreign Relations Committee ), (2 items).
Session begins at: eleven in the morning.

House of Representatives finishing second reading of the bill and the reasons for the fall of Nineveh achieves

Majlis deputies ended the twenty-ninth Directors held today Saturday, 11/15/2014, headed by Mr. Saleem al-Jubouri, President of the Council and in the presence of 217 deputies, the second reading of the draft law of accession of the Republic of Iraq to an agreement in the international rail Levant and elbows attached to it.
At the outset of the meeting, Mr. Jubouri called Committees of Education and displaced people to host the Minister of Education to discuss the displaced Student Affairs, condemned all killings and kidnappings that occur in Iraq, specifically in Diyala, calling on the committees of the security and defense and human rights, to provide the vision in this regard.
On the other hand the Council voted on the formation of a parliamentary investigative committee based on a request from 89 deputies to investigate the reasons for the fall of Nineveh province, and its perpetrators that includes deputy governors and others from other blocks and the cost of the security and defense committee overseeing the investigation.
Mr. Jubouri Park elected presidencies number of parliamentary committees, calling to speed up the selection of the remaining presidencies of committees.
Council ended after the second reading of the draft law of accession of the Republic of Iraq to an agreement in the international rail Levant and elbows attached to him and submitted by the committees of services and reconstruction and foreign relations.
In interventions, ladies and gentlemen of Representatives MP Hassan Khalati called for ratification of the Convention being Atklv country to any financial burdens.
He said MP Mohammed al-Masoudi that the vote on the agreement will contribute to the promotion of economic development in Iraq.
And demanded high Nassif MP to slow down in the ratification of the Convention for the security aspect, while included in parallel with the economic side of her.
He urged MP Abdul-Hussein al-Moussawi, the Overture and the Department of Transportation to find out the reasons for its reservation to the Convention prior to the completion of the ratification process by pointing out that the agreement could lead to a recession Iraqi ports.
For his part, suggested MP Mohammad Naji presence of the Minister of Transport to the parliament session to give the point of view of the ministry on the feasibility of the Convention.
MP Rinas Jano passage of the law, and shall be binding on the government of utmost importance.
Rep Ghada al-Shammari as Tsalt on the feasibility of the Convention in the presence of the old railway system, which does not meet the requirements of the current stage.
MP felt the need Biriwan reformer adoption of the Convention and that the new edition of identical agreements with the United Nations.
In response to interventions, ladies and gentlemen of Representatives committees on confirmed taking into consideration the proposals that have been put forward, with an emphasis on the importance of the law, which will stimulate the transport and services in accordance with the Constitution.
