He said Bahr al-Ulum told / BD /: "The recent agreement that took place between the Governments of the Kurdistan region and the Federal regarding oil provides for the export of the region 250 000 barrels per day and revenues due to the central government, which Seychelles up to 10% of the federal budget for 2015 revenues."

He added: "The initial estimates suggest that the North Oil exports (Kirkuk and the Kurdistan region) will amount to 550 000 barrels per day, while the South Oil and the Middle and the center will have two million and 750 thousand barrels per day, The total oil exports in 2015 would be between 3 million and (150) thousand barrels to 3 million and 250 thousand barrels per day, and this is what will cover a large part of the 2015 budget expenses ".
