MPs unanimously that the financial crisis through which Iraq probably will bring benefits to the country more than harm.

 The deputies, in conversations for {morning} that this crisis returned to the fore consider that the Iraqi laws of economics still holds the socialist character, noting that reliance on oil revenues rentier led to laze the House of Representatives for working to change the socialist laws and enter the market laws.

She said the parliamentary Economic Committee member Najiba Najib: "The Iraqi Constitution refers to follow the free-market approach and work to change the laws of economics, which was followed in the former regime and converted from the Socialist and the central character to the free market and decentralization and encouraging the private sector."

Confirmed in a statement singled out the "morning" to "work to change the laws of nature to the socialist market economy has not been on the ground and remained the central character of the overwhelming Iraqi economic landscape."

  She added that "attention to the changing nature of Alachtrki and the transition to a market economy was the result of the decline in world oil prices, prompting the state to reconsider these laws and work to make the necessary changes and to pave the ground for solid transition to the free market."

 She noted that "Parliament specialized Balijana works to activate the private sector and resort to the decentralization of salvation from economic reality experienced by Iraq's economy in spite of its vast potential for agricultural, industrial and tourism."

 Najib showed that "mismanagement and lack of strategic plans was behind this economic downturn," adding that "it is time to work the constitutional approach and the transition to a market economy and the trend towards investment and overcome the obstacles."

Member of the Economic Committee demanded "the government to go to decentralization and give a chance to the provinces to overcome the difficulties faced in order to deal in accordance with the priorities and what it requires of its economy and social situation of the province", stressing the need "to grant greater powers to investors."

 Member of the Finance Committee parliamentary Alsjeri Ali, called for a modification of economic laws and converted from a socialist to a capitalist character.

Alsjeri said in a press statement: "The bureaucracy experienced by Iraq contributed to the failure to find an economic vision," noting that "the existence of a set of laws that need to be amended in order to rise up the economic projects."

He stated that "the investment law contains mistakes evidence that we have not seen development in the investment side, because the law conflicts with other laws, and all these laws are outdated, as well as the laws they take socialist character."

For his part, Finance Committee member Jabbar al-Abadi that "the Iraqi economic laws are still constrained by previous laws and run-down of the Iraqi economy."

He said in a statement singled out the "morning" that "it is possible that the economic crisis experienced by Iraq harmful be useful because it will force the House of Representatives and the Council of Ministers to move towards economic reform and the trend towards a market economy."

 And that "the current crisis got as a result of reliance on a single source of income which is the oil and lower prices and fluctuating production can lead to the adoption of a market economy to get rid of the harmful effects of the rentier economy," pointing out that "the necessity urgently to take practical steps to carry out economic reform."

 In the same vein indicated Finance Committee member Magda Tamimi that the Constitution refers to the transition to a market economy, noting that he has not taken any practical steps in this direction.
