The ministry added that "the agreement was signed as approved by the World Trade Organization and the decisions of the Economic and Social Council of the Arab emanating from the Arab League . "

And Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, on Sunday (28 December 2014), announced the signing of 45 agreements and memoranda of understanding with Iraq, as he emphasized the pursuit of the two countries to strengthen cooperation in all areas.
